Bad: The lady at the front lied to me when I asked her at what time did they open that morning. She said 7am, but I WAS AT THE DOOR that morning at 7am and left at 7:20 so I wouldn't be late for work.. Improvements: 1) Don't lie to your customers! Be at work and open at 7am like your signs says (and if you're late, don't LIE about it to your customers!). 2) Don't complain when I hand over a coupon..
