Puri Pediatric front office staff is really pathetic. They gave me a tough time in scheduling an appointment. Beside that they were absolutely rude.
I never had trouble with front office staff of any of the doctors I ever visited. But all the trouble came in when I called up Puri Pediatric's Office.
Though Dr Puri turned out to be nice but she should keep a check on her staff and ask them to be courteous and polite with patients.
Hope they learn to behave properly.
