I stopped going to her after about a dozen bad experiences. The last straw was being put in a room, after waiting in the general waiting room for 2 hours. Well, I was put in a room and waited for 3 hours! I couldn't believe it. And she was there, she just forgot about me. It wasn't like she had to run to the hospital and save someone. I went out of the room nearly a dozen times telling the nurses she still hadn't come in and she just strolled in after 3 hours, never apologized, nothing. She doesn't care.
