I called them, they called right back and scheduled a time. several hours before they were due at my house i received a call saying the repair man was running a little late. i appreciated know well in advance and really liked that they had the professionalism to give me the head-up. when the repair man arrive, he was awesome!!! assessed the issue, repaired it, explained what it was and was done quickly. he was courteous and helpful. and the cost of the whole thing was a delight.
