HORRIBLE! First she was late to my appointment then I asked the girl to wax my eyebrows, she barely did they look exactly the same as they did before I came in and didnt even ask me if they were fine or show me or put aloe on them. THEN she didnt even wash my hair or ask me if I wanted her to or if it was okay if she didnt, and finally I have spent 2 years growing my hair long and I asked her to TRIM it and she cut off 4 inches! I am furious never going back, horrible service and pricey
