Review content:
Harold's is the best choice for prints in Sioux Falls. I used to go to the chain stores and there is no comparison. Their slightly higher price is worth it, at 19 cents per print it is only 2 cents higher than the 17 cents I used to pay. I used to use their online service, but it was slow and did not work all that well; but I see now they have changed their website and their uploading is much faster.
