Dr. Palmer is a neuropsychologist in Hastings. The town is lucky to have him. He does a wonderful job at assessments, and goes to great lengths to do a good job for patients. He gives wonderful feedback and suggestions. He is comprehensive in his reports and they are well respected in the community.
