I have always dealt with this branch of Bank One and I would never go anywhere else!! I have only had one problem in 9 years, but they were really quick to fix it and they staff there is very friendly and patient. I had opened another checkings off of my savings account and it only took about 25 minutes..definately shorter than I had expected.
