Review content:
This gym costs a fortune. I'm not going to lie. It's really quite ridiculous.
That said, they gym is AWESOME. Had I gone more often, I am sure I would have thought the membership dues were well worth it. The gym is huge. I never had to wait for a treadmill or elliptical machine, regardless of time of day. They offer a ton of classes for free, and they are scheduled at various times throughout the week so you can most likely fit the classes you want to take into your schedule. When I joined a couple of years ago, they gave me a coupon book for some things throughout the gym - a few of which were free sessions with a trainer. I met with her and she set me up on a weight training program. They have filing cabinets where you can keep your workout record. Trainers are always around the weights & machines to help you and make sure you are using the equipment properly.
They also have a great indoor pool. I'm not much of a swimmer, so I didn't use it. I think they have a pool outside too, and a whole water park that's new. They also have a day-spa and a whole area for kids. They also have a cafe. A book club that meets monthly. You name it - they probably have it. There's so much to this gym (it's actually a wellness center) that I was dumb and didn't take advantage of when I was a member!
That's really the thing - if you GO and use the membership for all its worth, it really probably is worth the high price.
