Review content:
This place is the best place I've ever stayed in Wells and I've stayed in A LOT in the last 40+ years. The Seagull Inn has townhouses, vintage cottages (like when we were kids), and contemporary cottages (a favorite of my parents who are in their 80s). It has something for everyone. Located on Route 1, but set far enough away from all the traffic that you never would realize you are so close. The contemporary cottages have everything from a screened in porch for dining to a washer and dryer in the huge bathroom. Add the ocean views, heated pools, and hot tub, and you are in heaven!!! We go in the fall - just after Labor Day, so the weather is still good and all the tourists have gone away. What could be better? Prices are comparable and they do have off season rates. Check it out!
