i used to go to this dealer to get my car fixed because it was the closest one. but i have had many problems with this place including the mechanics swearing they fixed the front wheel axles when i could tell they didnt the second i got back into the car. that so called repair cost me a couple hundred bucks. and there have been several other similar incidences with different car problems. also, when they gave me a rental car, they gave me a hard time about not filling up the tank. i barely used the car and the little needle didnt even move. they gave me a bunch of bs and made me put gas in the car, threatening me with a 40 dollar bogus fee. i ended up filling the car with a little over a dollar's worth of gas. as i went to return the car, and i went to drive my car around from the back, the guy tells me that there is something hanging off the front of the car, and blames me for it!!!! i couldnt believe. i was about the explode. i had never had such a bad experience at any dealership. and i had just paid them several thousand in so called "reapirs" fees and they were giving all this c**p. i couldnt believe it. i love toyotas but this was a horrible experience at this dealership. i think i was singled out because i was asian. i am never going back there ever again. horrible....simply HORRIBLE. dont ever go there. trust me on this one.
