4 months ago I went to master cuts in the mall and asked for a one length bob that hung at my shoulders, When I got done, the lady had cut 3 distinct sets of layers that were horrible, the shortest one being 3 inches from my scalp. The worst part was, the lady had the picture in front of her the entire time.
The good news! I waited for the hair to grow... and decided to visit Hair Flair based on internet reviews. I called on a Saturday morning and got an appointment the same day!
This salon is nestled in a small shopping center, and looks like your average place, but it is beyond average. I walked in and was greeted by everyone and seated immediately (20 min before my appointment). Sara approached me and I explained my situation. She gave me positive reinforcement and explained how she could shape my haircut to make it more flattering for my face shape. Sara continuously told me to think about the positive and forget about my negative experience.
Please don't be discouraged by the "look" of this place. The hairdressers are wonderful and you'll walk out unbelievably happy. Sara washed, cut and style my hair for a great price ($40) and gave me a haircut that I had been wanting.
I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for attentive, friendly and professional service.
