Review content:
We were anxiously waiting for the hotel to open as we had friends planning to visit in July and were looking forward to having them stay at the hotel. Are friends are from the east coast and enjoy gambling a great deal. The first day you could make reservations we called and booked. Our reservations were for mountain view, near the elevator (due to disabilities) and an upper floor. As our friends checked in they were escorted to their room. Though the room and hotel are nicely appointed, they were placed on a lower floor, farthest from the elevator and had a view of the dumpster area. They asked to have their room changed and were told another group had booked the hotel and the other rooms were not cleaned yet. They agreed to wait until a room of their preference was available. Things went down hill from there. The manager was not accommodating and did not want to give them any other options. The final decision was to not stay at the hotel at all (not even to gamble or eat). Not at all what I would have expected from this new facility. I would not recommend this to anyone and I am sure my friends will pass the word to their gambling community as well. Very disappointed and will not be back.
