I am glad there is a company like rent max in Arkansas. I'm from here and when I needed to start looking for a place mid week I was able to use them and found a place within a week. The benefit of Rent Max is that a lot of people don't advertise in the paper or they only list for the weekend. You can choose 3 areas for them to print off for you and you can also access the site via the web and research the areas before you drive to them. You can change up the areas as often as you want as long as it's no more than 3 at a time.
The only down side is that you MUST keep your receipt or you will have to pay the fee again. I misplaced mine after about 6 or 8 months and did have to pay the fee. It was frustrating but it says it right on the receipt so the only person I could be mad at was me.
