Review content:
If our lake wasn't so gorgeous, JFF would not be worth it. We set out on an 8 hour stint...and found our ladder didn't work. We had older people who then couldn't get in the water because they wouldn't be able to get out. Most of the little guys who work at JFF are arrogant and pretty rude. Even with a busted fuel gage (which showed full but was actually empty) and a busted ladder, we received no discount, no apology, and frankly, Scarlett, no one who gave a darn. It is a shame seeing businesses, managers, and employees like this in the Austin community; fortunately, there aren't many. We rent a boat once a year--maybe not a splurge for some, but yet a splurge for us--and we don't get what we pay for (working ladder, working fuel gage, respect and courtesy). Just for Fun was such a bummer.
