Review content:
I purchased a dirtbike from these guys back in 2000 and they were very helpful. Unlike other dealers, they have no hidden freight and setup fees and the employees are just regular, down-to-earth people that I could relate to. I felt like I could trust them and have even developed friendships with some of the guys over the years. It took me about three trips to the store to finally walk away with my bike and by the second time I was in there they greated me by my first name within 30 seconds of entering the store! Unlike some of the bigger stores in Seattle, Wenatchee, and Yakima, I felt like I had a human connection with these guys and I wasn't just a number to them.
Since I purchased my bike in 2000, I've been back at least twice a year to look at new accessories, buy parts, and to have my bike serviced. The shop prices are never easy to swallow, but thats the same as it is everywhere and they have given me a lot of little freebees since I bought the bike there. They even stayed after closing one night to help me when I had a flat the day before a weekend dirtbike trip.
