Review content:
A tragic experience was had at this shop by 3 bridesmaids and the mother of the groom. Inquiries about dress arrival dates were rarely returned. Little to no effort was made by the shop to keep the customers informed, even those who had paid in full. Also, dresses were not "ready" until after close of business on the day before the wedding due to an alleged delivery mix-up. While the Antioch staff is kind and friendly, there was little done to appease the anxiety caused by such late service. If you must, go ahead and order your dresses from here, but by all means, have your alterations done elsewhere or you might find yourself wondering if you'll have to wear something from the back of your closet on the Big Day.
