This store is NOT FRIENDLY. The clerk called me a bitch because I asked which rope toy I should buy for my African Grey. She had a nasty attitude and told me to "get out of the store" she wouldn't sell me the
seed. I asked her why she reacted so negatively, she said I had an
attitude and was a bitch.
In addition to filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau,
Berkeley Chamber of Commerce, and anyone else who has anything
to do with their business license, I hope that you will not patronize this
store until they remove this individual.
I will never go there again, and I used to shop there for all my bird
supplies years ago. She is just a nasty, old biddy and needs to
be put in her place, lose her job, perhaps spend a night under the
freeway to learn how to treat customers.
