Do NOT even bother thinking you will save any money on furniture by going to this piece of s**t company. I bought a mattress there thinking I was going to get a quality mattress for a discounted price. When we bought our mattress it was said to be delivered in 2-3 weeks...after MORE than three weeks went by, they didn't even call us WE had to call them to see where the f**k our mattress was...DAN STEVENS gave us the run around saying oh we'll be getting it soon...blah blah blah..it took 1 1/2 months!!! When he did deliver it he even forgot our f*****g bed frame..idiot. And tried to pawn off a "free" mattress pad that wasn't even the right size..of course we didn't take it..why the f**k would we...after having our bed for a week we notice the bed doesn't even feel like the one they had on display. We checked the manufacturing co. and apparently the "bed" we got isn't even manufactured anymore. So, we go back to try and exchange it. We realize, the display felt NOTHING like our bed...I think these f*****s sale knock offs. A mattress is something that should last a long time..we had problems with the piece of s**t after only a week. We still have not gotten the bed we were promised to be replaced. DAN STEVENS once again gave us the run around saying in 3 weeks..well it's been more than that so now were renting a truck and driving to the place to pick it up ourselves because this F*G won't deliver it..lazzy b*****d.
Moral of the story, spend the extra money to buy a mattress at a REAL store with good return policies and customer service.
This DAN STEVEN guy has NO customer service and doesn't give a s**t about you..
DON'T give these people your money..there a SCAM!!!
