I recently moved into the area and was excited to hear that there was a Brown Bottle in Cedar Falls and Waterloo. My boyfriend and I absolutely love the one in Iowa City. However the one Cedar Falls restaurant doesn't compare what so ever! First they served my boyfriend's drink in a dirty glass. Then there was a hair baked into my Chicken Parmesan. When I mentioned this to the waitress all she said was that she would have the cook make another one. There was no apology from the manager and they still charged us for the drink and dish. I was so disgusted that I didn't even eat the new Chicken Parmesan and threw it away when we got home. The only thing they did to make up for horrible food and service was not charge us for our dessert, which they only decided to do so after we ordered it. They didn't even offer anything to salvage the experience. It was so horrible that we are so terrified to even go to the Brown Bottle in Waterloo. My recommendation...go to Olive Garden!!!
