Review content:
Their sale seemed too good to pass up. Their selection had some adequate options, even if there weren't as many choices as those offered by other stores. The sales person seemed to have an appreciation for art and an understanding of what I wanted, I wish that the rest of them were like her! The preparation of the frame took over a week longer than I had been told to expect. A few minutes after I got home it was apparent that they had neglected to add the "fillet" (decorative interior frame addition) and so I had to take it back. The person who cut the frames did not understand how to center the pattern, which I noticed after unwrapping it the second time I took it home. When I explained to them the very simple process of centering the pattern by measuring an equal distance from the center of any of its ridges, it was apparently too much for them. "We don't do that." At least it was relatively easy to get my money back. But if you're not 'detail oriented' and just want a cheap frame, you will probably find it a good deal.
