Review content:
I brought my mower here a year ago to get a diagnosis. The guy told me "We'll call you when we find something." I didn't hear from the guy for over a week, so I called him. That's when he told me that it would be another TWO weeks before he could get to my mower.
I couldn't believe that this guy didn't have the foresight or courtesy to let me know this beforehand. I've never been to a mower shop before. I thought I could drop it off just like I drop off my car. My mechanics usually get to my car within a few hours. If it's longer than that, they let me know of the delay.
The mower guy was very unapologetic. He said that no mower shop could look at my mower in the middle of the summer in less than three weeks. Well, that's fine, but it would have been nice to know. I'm not a professional landscaper and have never had my mower worked on. I guess this guy isn't used to dealing with the general public.
