I was impressed from the time I walked into the office to the moment I left it. First off, the office is gorgeous! They have a huge flat screen TV in the wall of the waiting room, which is closed in on two side by giant glass panels with circles and their logo etched on them. The front staff is so friendly and helpful not only in person, but over the phone also. The nursing staff was also very friendly and patient with my very non-medical descriptions of my problems. When Dr Palceski got in the room, I was struck by his combination of knowledge and wit.. very good bedside manner. I feel like not only was I diagnosed and treated properly, I got their time and attention while I was there. This is the first office where I am actually looking forward to my follow up visit! Very much recommended!
