Businiess name:  Nivala & Co Salon Inc
Review by:  Leah K.
Review content:
I am currently looking for a new salon and went in to Nivala and Co. to check prices and hopefully set up an appointment. After finding out prices and services I went ahead and booked an appointment for the next day and gave them all my information. I was given an appointment reminder card that had the date and time of my appointment. The next day, the receptionist (who was not the same person I made the appointment with ) could not find my name. Then a person who I assume was the owner stepped in and found my name but said the appointment had not been booked and she was very sorry. She said they were booked for the rest of the day. I had not thought I needed the appointment card and did not have it with me, and I was treated as though I was lying about my appointment. There was nothing done to make for this mistake on their part and after being very I am still looking for a new salon. I do not this Nivala and Co.
