Review content:
I ordered a dress from here and they insisted that they order my dress big well they measured me and everything. I usually wear a 14/16 in pants and she insisted on ordering me a 24, I argued but finally agreed. Well I just got my dress in the mail and it is so big the whole dress needs to be redone. Well I called Formal Elegance to inform them of this problem and they said there was nothing in this world they could do about it, my only choice was to come there and have it altered for an even more fee. No refunds, no nothing. And all the other bride maids and the bride's dress were huge too. I just wanted to inform people they get dresses huge that way you have to get it altered and they get more money. I will not every recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!
