PASSENGERS BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I got a double flat while on a 60 mile bicycle ride through Harriman State Park (I carry 1 spare, and I got 2 flats). I was 7 miles away from Suffern and asked to be picked up at the Viola school, Kakiat park or the Senior Citizens center on Route 202. The dispatcher said they could not pick me up on the street and I would have to walk to the train station in Suffern. I told him fine, it would take me about 2 hours and asked him for a quote to Midland Park, NJ and he responded by asking how many miles. I told him about 12 and he said $48. I said great, thanks. So I walked in my cycling shoes for 2 hours to the train station, called back and was told "Sorry we don't go to Midland Park." I am not sure why he didn't tell me this in the beginning. I suspect they simply thought I was one of the hoodlums who hang out in Suffern who was going to give him trouble. I am a professional with money to pay, who was blatantly denied service.
