I've tried all the pizza in the Mineola area and Cafe Rossini has the best in town.
The secret is in the sauce - Cafe Rossini's sauce is tangier and tastier than any other pizza sauce. And the dough tends to be of consistent high quality.
In my opinion, the Sicilian here is even better - it's cooked perfectly and it almost melts in your mouth.
They have a full Italian menu, plus typical appetizers like mozarella sticks and garlic bread and knots, all of which is decent, but the real winner here is the pizza.
The only problem is they are closed on Sundays. Also, it's a typical pizzaria - there is some seating, but nothing to write home about.
