Review content:
They tell their salespeople to do it that way. Sort of like used car sales, only worse. I watched them take in a very old, expensive guitar from an old woman whose husband had died and she didn't know the value. The salesperson was a manager and told her " It's not worth much, but I'll help you out" and gave her around $150.00.
I live in the area and will not go there.
