Review content:
A couple friends and I decided to meet at Makutus for the day with our preschool and under aged children. Upon arriving, the greater was not very nice, and didn't speak English very well, or explain the options for entrance at all. I never would have known there was a lunch special, which allows you admittance and lunch for 2 people for just 4 dollars more than the regular entrance fee. The lunch special, includes 4 tokens, which we were not given, and when we asked about it, the greeter/cashier said, "i didnt know" and turned and walked away.
We played for a while, then decided to have lunch. The lady in the cafe didn't speak English either, and for the 3 of us adults to place our orders( we each had one child and one adult meal) took about 20 minutes. Then we had to ASK to get our complete order. It was very frustrating. When a friend asked if it was always like this, to the manager, he said yes... Since he admitted it is always disorganized, with non-English speaking customer service workers. i have decided I will never go back Not to mention the choice of music in this children's entertainment place. Brittney Spears "slave" was playing. We decided next time it will be Mcdonalds or Amazing Jakes for a day of fun with our children!
