Kelly is wonderful there!
My schedule is hectic, as everyone else's, and figured I would save time by doing my own color. Just a quick "touch-up" on my roots, so I thought.
After I turned my hair a nice shade of puke green.....yes green! I panicked in disbelief for a moment and then call Kelly. She told me to come on in so she could take a look. (not to laugh, but to see how bad it was.. I did let her laugh a little while I cried inside!)
3 hours later...so much for my "saving time" idea.... I had a beautiful color and feel to my hair. Kelly is an expert with color. She really took special care in the conditioning also...the damage was minimal.
Thank you so much Kelly for: 1. Accommodating me at the moment of panic and working me in at a late hour. 2.Creating a wonderful color and 3. Saving my hair from potential damage and breakage.
