Review content:
I have been with Valley Pediatrics for 10yrs. I was a patient of Dr. Barbara who saved my life when I was a child. For that reason I brought all 3 of children there from birth. I was advised by several people throughout the years to leave the practice due to mistreating and misdiagnosing of children putting there lives at risk. I never had a problem, The doctors I saw were great, or so I thought. I called for my son's prescription renewal like I do every month. I was told to pick it up at the end of the day. I found out when I got there they were refusing to write the script until his meds were evaluated by a doctor we don't see. I argued that my son has no meds and can't wait to book an appt. in the future , So the "doctor" writes my son script for a one week supply. At that point I found out that they misdocumented the medication and dosage in my son`s chart. I signed the "release of records " form and told them we would never be back . When I got to the pharmacy they wouldn't except my presription beacause my sons first name was wrong and the date was one month off. When I asked to speak with the doctor on staff he refused to speak with me in person or on the phone. Please Beware
