Review content:
The burgers are FANTASTIC at Griff's. I have been eating at the Bossier City Griff's since I was a child and when I returned home I was so excited to see it still there. HOWEVER, the employees there are worthless!!! We stopped there on our way home from church tonight and we were told to hold "a moment" and sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes before our order was taken. When we pulled around after placing our order we found that there was a car with two guys in it at the window and two female employees there at the window talking to them. One of the girls was eating and drinking at the window and another car pulled up and that person was told to hold on "a moment" while she finished eating. There was no one in the dining room and we sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and never moved from behind the car in front of us until I drove out of the line and went to McDonald's. This is the ONLY thing I dislike about going there. We can't always get our food in a timely manner and the employees are always standing around talking. I understand that they don't make you don't make your burgers ahead of time and put them under a lamp, but it seems that whoever is cooking, cannot drop a few more patties and make a couple of orders at a time. I have worked fast food and we made to order, but never did our customers sit in a line and wait for 20 minutes to get their order. Also, when I backed up to get out of the line, the lady behind us in the line wasn't at the order board, but was talking to someone outside the back door. The owner of this restaurant needs to turn the cameras onto the employees and find out what is going on when they are not there.
