Review content:
We had planting and work done during the spring of 2007.
I usually don't complain about companies that try to do the work and
return again and again to get it right, but Meadow's Farm Landscaping
has been unable to "get it." They planted trees that are not straight in my
front yard. Despite paying thousands for the work, many of the approx.
19 plantings were so small that it will take years for them to catch up.
The rock patio had to be redone twice because it was tilting at an angle.
Many of the laurels died and had to be replanted, only to die again.
Although we had Miss Utility mark the work areas, Meadows Farm cut the
TV cable line and a line to an outdoor lamp post. They charged me for
stump removal and root removal, but did neither. I am now waiting until
spring for them to return and replace dead bushes in the back.
I explained to the landscape architect what I wanted in the beginning
and he ignored my request for several stepping stones to the gates and
instead put in a hop-scotch like one lane of dinky flagstones. I know that you can find much better landscapers in the Washington area. Most of the
people on the "team" were inexperienced kids and/or not very well
trained. I would not hire them again for all the money they charge and
the length of time it takes to get what I asked for..
