I am very excited to tell everyone the great experience I’ve just had coming from my first appointment with the “Roup” group. Denise at the front desk was very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable. I was shortly called back, (just enough time to fill out the new patient paperwork) and was greeted by Cassandra, the hygienist. She was very friendly and she went right to work. After she took all the x-rays and did my cleaning, Dr Roup came in and reviewed my chart. He is very professional, yet personable at the same time. After meeting him I know I found the right place! I just wished I found them sooner. Dr. Roup went over a “game plan” for what needs to be done and this is what I am excited about… he is very reasonable in pricing. That is just an added bonus. I’ll
