Review content:
The owner of this shop is a witch. She is unbelievable. I can't believe ther
business is still open. I went into this shop expecting good service
like all of the other bridal shops that I had been to and I was very
dissapointed. The dressing rooms had cutains and lied along the row
of gowns that hung on the wall. That isn't the bad part.... and
I think this is absolutely rude. OUT OF NO WHERE, with no warning,
the owner will open the curtain wide open, while you could be standing
there naked trying to get the dress on (which happened to me) and just
stand there and watch you put the gown on. and she would even say
anything.. she would just watch, and let other people see you from
outside. and this happend more than once on different occasions.
I am from Fairmont so I hear all of the bad things about this place alot.
She will get mad and yell at people who don't buy gowns from her store.
For an example, the woman who is her banker.. her daughter is getting
married and they found a dress somewhere else. and do you know
what this witch had the nerve to do? She went to the bank and riemed
this woman out for not buying the gown from her store, infront of all her
co-workers. What does that tell you right there. What an absolute
stupid stupid stupid lady. She does NOT know how to run a bridal shop.
She is rude, rude, rude. I have also heard that she orders the wrong
dresses and/or dress size. She wont even give out the designer name
the bridesmaid dresses. I mean, I can see how she would do that for the
bridal gowns, but the bridesmaid dresses too? So I called the her to ask
her if she could tell me the name of the designer who did the bridesmaid
dresses that I wanted, and she said in the snottiest way, "We dont give
out that information" but ofcourse I worked my magic and got it out of her.
And guess what I am doing. I am going to a different bridal shop, who
carries that same designer and ordering it from them instead. and this
means I will have to drive an hour away, vs. 4 blocks away if I went to this
shop. That right there tells you how much I would hate doing business
with this lady. I could go on and on about this shop, but I would go on
forever if I did that, so I will stop right here. But, a word of advice, DO NOT
order anything from this store. You will regret it!!!
