Review content:
I only thought that I could see quite well, but others disagreed. Lenscrafter's knowledgeable optometrist opened my eyes to their real condition. They were right.
Even though my parents were medical professionals, I had never had my eyes tested, and I thought that I had 20/15 vision! But apparently I suffer from congenital cataracts, which explains my poor night vision. I was under the misconception that I just didn't have as many cones in my eyes as others. I did not know that a surgical procedure will drastically improve my night vision!
The eye-opener came when I looked through the lenses which compensate for my astigmatism, and as their advertisements say, they craft lenses in under an hour. So soon after my exam, things appeared 3-D again! And my way of looking at the world too.
The salesman did a great job of helping me find something that looked great with my face, and an even better job at remaining calm with all of my nit-picking concerns. He told me (and I will tell YOU) to check their website for current deals, and I saved $75 because of this. I recommend this specific location for him, for their selection, and for the general look of the store.
As a note: in the future "glare reduction" will be a standard feature for lenses. So will something like the "Scotch Guard" feature that facilitates cleaning lenses. The technician explained the benefits but I was mistaken in believing that he was merely trying to up-sell me. I could not stand the glare and the smudges before I made the switch, which cost an extra $125, but count on factoring this into your cost.
They're quite good about making sure that you're satisfied if you're good about making up your mind within 30 days!
