My doorman gave Madame Paulette our laundry bag by mistake instead of another tenant's and they charged us $700 for LAUNDRY!! Some of the outrageous charges included $12 for 1 pair of underwear, $13 for dirty undershirts, $10 for a single pillow case and $49 for a bath towel. It would've been cheaper to replace some of these items v pay to clean them. Since this was a mistake, I tried to talk them down from their ridiculous fees for laundering my clothes in error and they refused to return my items. I had to contact the police who intervened and acted as an arbitrator and we were able to negotiate the price down to $300 just to get my clothes returned to me! This is VERY bad business and to be honest, my clothes were not even in great shape when they were returned. My towels were tough and starchy and they didn't even return my laundry bag. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! THEY DO SHADY BUSINESS AND RIP PEOPLE OFF!
