“I would like to let you know that I appreciated the manner in which your salesman at Antonino Acura who handled my transaction. I had done my research and new what I was willing to pay. Had he approached me with a lot of the typical fast sales talk hype I would have walked away. I realize that the company’s bottom dollar is always the main concern and the salesmen are encouraged to close the deal. If more salesmen had the demeanor that Antonino’s salesmen have, the experience of buying a car for most people would be more pleasant!”
