Review content:
The older gentleman who greets the customer in line was such an a**hole to me (i think it's actually the owner). From the first words out of his mouth he was nothing but disrespectful. When I found out I would have to wait 1hr 10min to get my car washed I decided to do it another day (no one was behind me). He preceded to berate me with insults about not taking care of my car "your car is the one that suffers SIR"...and he was serious! "You have a wonderful holiday SIR" (add thick sarcasm). I told him to take it easy and he said "its about taking yourself seriously and not playing around"...huh??? My jaw is still on the ground from my encounter with the car wash nazi...i swear i did nothing to provoke this guy.
