Review content:
I really don't know what to rate this place 'cause the thin crust pizza sucks, but their stuffed pizza is the best in all of Chicagoland. And I'm someone who would know. I pride myself on having been to just about every pizza place in Chicago, especially on the north side where I lived for 7 years. Chicago's, Leona's, Pete's, Paisano's, Al's, Gino's East, Lou Malnatti's, you name it. No one has a better stuffed pizza than Paisan's in Cicero.
But the service here sucks. I ordered a pizza, and told them I had $100 bill on the phone, and when they came out to deliver my pizza, the driver wouldn't accept it 'cause he didn't have the change. No one had ever told him. So then I was told that I'd have to go into the place to pick it up. Kind of defeats the point of having it delivered.
And then on TWO other occasions, I ordered a pizza for carry-out, and they gave me a pan pizza instead of a stuffed. But on both occasions, they told me I had to wait wait an hour for the pizza if I wanted a stuffed, or I could just pay for the pan pizza. In my experience, most places would have given at least an apology and an appetizer, or maybe a whole pizza on the house. Instead, they were just rude about it, like it was my fault they got my order wrong.
At any rate, the service sucks.
