I must be frank here, I honestly was not hinking "vegetarian" when this restraunt was suggested but after eating ther, I must admit it was great! I am an Iowa girl born and bred, so beef is almost a sacred word in my house, vegetarian just isn't part of our everyday conversation. UNTIL.....The Red Avacado. With a wonderful array of veggies to choose from and a tantilizing selection of breads, I almost forgets that there is no "meat" on my special sandwich of the day. With reasonable prices and a convenient location on E Washington street, this is a place not to be missed. If you are looking for something a little bit different or if you are a vegetarian looking for a local eating place you can really sink your teeth into, try The Red Avocado...it's a step above the rest!
