I was quite happy with Dr. Kim, but overall I was very disappointed in the customer service at the practice. I was asked to wait 45 minutes at least for each appt, once for an hour and a half. It's been 3 years since my last appointment there and I can still hear the on-site ultrasound nurse saying a very insincere "Sorry, honey" to inform me that my pregnancy was in fact a soon-to-be miscarriage. Then my husband and I were shuffled into a patient room and waited another 45 minutes (in agony) for Dr. Kim, who seems incredibly capable, but not very warm. Add to that the fact that there were errors with my billing and the practice still owes me money for the procedures associated with the miscarriage.... Which is an event I have to be reminded of each time I call to complain.
