Review content:
I have not been in to a Body Shop for years, and recently went into the one in the Tacoma Mall looking for a specific item. When I went into the store I was greeted almost instantly by the sales associate and asked if I need assistance. I told her what I was looking for, and she brought me to the different options. I thought I was only going to have one choice, but there were about four different kinds of this item, and I could not differentiate them just by looking at them. She didn't know the difference either, so I had to study the packaging carefully to determine the difference. I selected one and looked around the store. I ended up buying a lot of things and the sales associate was helpful once she was done helping and ringing out the previous customer. She answered my questions and gave me her opinions on different scents, products, application techniques, etc when asked. She proved to be helpful. I also purchased the one year Body Card entitling me to 10% off every purchase for one year, 20% off at special events and during my birth month. When you use the card you get points and they build up, and if you get a certain amount of points, you don't have to pay for your card renewal fee. All in all, I like The Body Shop, their products and the service (besides her not knowing the difference between the products mentioned earlier.)
