My wife and I are always skeptical of trying new Indian places -- taste can vary so much from cook to cook, that generally we either love an Indian restaurant, or hate it. Cafe India definitely belongs on the first list -- love it! We've stuck mostly to the chicken dishes -- Chicken Saag, Chicken Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala -- and have always found the chicken perfectly spiced and the sauces just the right consistency and flavor. Service is terrific, and the prices are reasonable (two entrees and an order of naan generally run us about $20-22). I'd definitely recommend Cafe India to anyone looking for terrific Indian food on the North end.
