Creative Mirror Designs has been a member of the BBB for over 30 years and Elli 2 statements about BBB complaints are false. Her complaint from 2005 was brought to my attention by one of our customers. We enjoy an excellant reputation and Creative Mirror Designs has always had and always will have a satisfactory report with NO UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS!
Your Company never bothered to check out the veracity of your members statements and this complaint should be checked out before you leave a scathing misreprentation on your site for 2 years.
I would appreciate the opportunity of having the records put straight. Go to
www.creativemirror.com click audio testimonials to see what are customers truly think. We have over a thousand written testimonials and your member is making false statements. On rare occasions, salemen make a mistake or prices could have been increased if the customer held the proposal over 30 days. I never had the opportunity to review her complaint.
We have dealt with over a million consumers and we advertise in the leading newspapers and TV and we have NO COMPLAINTS! Your member confused 3 resolved complaints over a period of 36 months with many, many millions of doolars in sales to happy customers.
You could check our BBB file and you will see that we have Zero unresolved complaints for over 30 years as a member of the BBB.
In the event that you do not check out the facts about Elle 2 false statements and you continue to list false information that harms our Company, I will be
contact the newspapers, action line and investigative reporters on TV to make them aware of this situation.
