El Vaq is by far one of the best restaurants Kirksville has to offer. Their chimichangas are to die for and the free chips and salsa is a great deal. I love their new building it is so colorful and vibrant and hopefully it will help them prosper and bring in new diners. They are also very accomodating for parties and groups
