I've had Micro-Derm before, but here they basically did a full facial plus a Micro-derm, and I could feel the difference immediatly. I was also pleasantly surprised that she answered questions I had even before I asked them! Wow. I left feeling very smart about what choices I had, and how to take good care of my skin now.
