Review content:
My story starts 3 years ago. I walked into Lynnwood Honda to purchase a brand Element. It was approximately 8:00pm and the dealership closed at 9:00. A sales guy walked up to me and asked if he could help. I told him that I wanted to test drive an Element. I guess he judged me as some punk kid looking to waste his time because he told me that it was late, he had paperwork to do and if I wanted to test drive a car to come back the following day. The next day I did come back. I pulled up in my new VW GTI and thanked him for not selling me a car.
A few days ago, I came to the conclusion that I still want an Element. I went to Honda.com, built the car I wanted and sent the information off. Lynnwood Honda was the first and only dealership to respond to me. It was a simple message asking me what I wanted in an Element. Strange because I had just filled all of that out online. So I wrote back and waited, and waited and I'm still waiting for an answer.
Apparently their not hurting for business to badly.
