Simply THE BEST, MOST HONEST, RELIABLE, & extremely well managed AUTO REPAIR SHOP in NE GA! In recently moving down to GA, I was very worried to not have a reliable repair service availabe, and didn't want to get 'taken'. We'd used Meineke in NY for over 20 years, & know it’s ‘not just mufflers’, but every auto repair, thus I sought another Meineke in our new area. However, I'm so even much more pleased with this one, thus I tell everyone I care about to try Meineke (on Freedom PArkway, SE off Exit 17 of GA 400, adjacent to Kroeger). Trey, the owner, is very talented, he’s just a totally amazing master mechanic. When he 'estimates' a repair, the bill is to the penny when picked up, & he’s so reliable, it’s always ready as promised, dependably on time! With everything else that I have to worry about, there is no need to do so with Trey on the job for our vehicle maintenance & repairs. What a huge relief! I trust Trey so much that I send my 'team of house helpers' to have their repairs at his shop - because I depend on them to get here safely to help in my home! Trey also repaired a major issue in my hubby's auto, that the NY Meineke wasn't able to manage, and did so very reasonably! He also referred me to another venue for four new tires, where they’d be cheaper for me, to avoid his necessarily having to 'gouge' me for replacements on our other vehicle, an Element (they're a weird size), when he could just as easily done the opposite to make his profit. Also, very importantly for me, when Trey & his crew repair something, it ‘stays fixed’ and no new ‘gremlins’ crop up later. He truly goes the extra mile for his customers, who are glad to go extra miles for him – even from as far as Gainesville & Dawsonville. Trey is a breath of fresh air, in this age of dissapointing customer care. You won't have to worry about anything with very capable Trey & his crew at Meineke, 2585 Freedom Pkwy, C’ming GA 30041!
