Let me tell you that I have been in other shops in the city and I never felt completely comfortable with their service until I went to Auto Motion. The people there really know how to treat their customers regardless of what type of car you have or how you look. They treat you with respect and do a great job when it comes to fixing cars. When my BMW was under warranty, I took it to the dealer for covered maintenance and service. Since the time I bought it, I noticed that the "check rear light" warning light on the dashboard turned on every time I started the engine, and every now and then during driving. I reported this annoying problem to the dealer every time that I took it for service. Their answer always was that "we found nothing wrong with the car, our technicians inspected the vehicle and found no problems, please let us know if it continues." By the time my warranty was over, the problem was still there and I was very frustrated with the dealer. Luckily, I found Auto Motion and started taking my car there. The first thing I mentioned to them is the problem with the light. They checked the car on the day I took it to the shop for an oil change, and guess what?... They fixed my problem!!! The service manager told me that they removed the back panel where the rear lights are located and discovered that the connectors were covered with dust. That was causing the sensor not to communicate properly with the dashboard screen which resulted in the warning signal. It took them only a few minutes to figure it out and since this was something so simple, they even didn't charge me a dime for it. You can image how grateful I am with these guys for their honesty and service. I always recommend them to my family and friends.
